I offer a free 15 minute telephone call for you to share what you would like support with and to ask any questions you may have. It is important to find the right person for you to talk to and to feel that we are a good fit.

If you feel we are a good fit, then we can agree a time for your first appointment. I will send over an intake form for you to complete prior to our first appointment.

During the first two sessions, we will spend time exploring what you would like support with, your experiences and your goals. Through developing a shared understanding of your difficulties, we will decide on a treatment plan and goals.

Sessions are online, for 50 minutes.

The number of sessions you may need depends on your treatment goals.

This can be reviewed frequently throughout therapy to ensure we are continuing to meet your goals.
